My Browns Point Success Story: A Labor of Love

This month has been a memorable one for me personally. I listed my Browns Point home, and after just six days on the market, it’s now pending inspection—well below Tacoma’s current average of 33 days on market. The level of interest was significant, with continued calls even after we reached this stage. While we’re optimistic, the inspection process is still ahead, which means the home could come back on the market if anything changes.

Preparing my home for the market has truly been one of the most satisfying collaborations of my career. From the very beginning, the house was a work in progress—a labor of love—but I always believed in its potential. Having the unconditional support of ImageArts Productions and AD Interiors as I shared my vision meant the world to me, and I couldn’t imagine better partners to bring it all together. Their staging, design, and presentation elevated every space, helping buyers connect with the home on a deeper level.

This outcome also highlights what I often tell clients: real estate success isn’t just about location—it’s about strategy. From setting a competitive price, to leveraging deep market knowledge, to presenting a home in the best possible light, each element plays a role in attracting interest and driving results. For those considering investment properties, renovations, or preparing to sell, having the right experts in your corner can shorten market time, maximize value, and ultimately lead to success.

Now, as this home moves closer to its next chapter, I’m reminded of why I love this work—unlocking potential, building opportunity, and guiding others through the process.

If you’re curious about home renovations, investment properties, or what a strategic sale could look like for you, I’d love to connect. Reach out anytime—I’m here to share my experience and help guide you through the possibilities.
